We will be cooking together, making a variety of dishes, with advice and ideas on how to change the quantities to suit the number of people you are cooking for. We will look at ways of cooking and baking for one or two, or enough for a party (or customers in cafes or other businesses). The sessions will be varied, with both sweet and savoury dishes, and you can ask any questions as we go along.

By the end of the course I should be able to:
- Double and halve the quantities in a recipe using metric and imperial measures while cooking a variety of dishes
What else do I need to know?
You will need to provide ingredients and basic equipment for each session. I will put a recipe and a list of equipment onto the Canvas page a week in advance of each session.
