We are living through stressful times, even after coming out of the recent Pandemic, as energy bills and essentials items are all going up and up. So what more can we do to reduce the stress in our day to day lives, when faced with these mounting bills? Come on this short course and help to reduce your stress levels by tackling how to cook on a budget. Make positive changes in your life by learning different strategies to budget, when shopping, preparing and storing food and planning what to cook. Find out what works for you. This will be a safe and supportive class to discuss ideas and try out practical simple recipes using a microwave and everyday ingredients. Please highlight, when booking a place, if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, as we will be sampling the food we prepare in the class.
