Do I need any particular skills or experience?
- This course is for beginners and improvers
By the end of the course I should be able to:
- Identify one way in which meditation may help with stress management
- Demonstrate a stretch for the neck
- Demonstrate a gentle stretch for the spine
- Participate in breathing activity
- State two reasons why yoga is good for both the mind and the body
What else do I need to know?
Please wear comfortable clothing and maybe have a space where you can either sit or lie down for the meditation aspect of the session.
