What are gender inclusive pronouns and how do you use them? Find out how to use they/them in everyday life, Social Media, education and in the work place. Become an ally to help normalise the pronoun conversation and support the LGBTQ+ community. Life is not binary a space. We are fortunate to live in a fluid, continually changing society, evolving, morphing and importantly, embracing change and diversity. The use of personal pronouns, with individuals describing themselves as ‘he’ or ‘she’, is not new, however the use of gender-neutral pronouns such as ‘they’ or ‘them’ are becoming increasingly common
