Macrame Keyrings

This one off craft session is great for anyone wanting to learn the basics of the simple and relaxing craft of Macrame. During the session we will concentrate on learning a couple of different knotting techniques and how to build them into making lovely keyrings. There is the opportunity to make more then one keyring during the time using the techniques learned and come away with an understanding of how the knotting processes can be applied to other macrame projects.

Course aim

In this introductory course learn the skills needed to make basic macrame keyrings. This session is an opportunity to learn basic knotting skills and come away knowing how to make a crafted item that is also great for gifts.

Do I need any particular skills or experience?

  • This course is for beginners

By the end of the course I should be able to:

  • Learn basic macrame knots
  • Come away with at least one made keyring
  • Have the skills to make a handcrafted item.
