The course is for very restricted mobility, and those with physical disabilities which affect their movement and is not suitable as a high impact class for those who are more mobile. Participants will learn about breathing exercises, perform warm up stretches and a range of coordination exercises under the guidance of the instructor. They will also participate in a head to toe workouts.

This course will enable participants to perform exercises under the guidance of an instructor, in a safe environment
Do I need any particular skills or experience?
- This course is for beginners
By the end of the course I should be able to:
- Perform at least two warm up stretches.
- Demonstrate at least two coordination exercises.
- Participate in a head to toe workout under the guidance of the instructor.
How will I be taught?
- The WEA tutor will use a range of different teaching and learning methods and encourage you and the group to be actively involved in your learning
What kind of feedback can I expect?
- You will have opportunities to discuss your progress with your tutor

- All materials will be provided
