Supporting your child with Key Stage 1 maths

Ref: C3744646

We will look at a range of activities to engage children in using Maths skills without them realising that is what they are doing. These will be a mixture of physical activities that keep them active and moving and stationary activities including some on computers, so it can suit children with different interests. There will be a chance to look at how children learn at school and understand how to support that, and also to discuss any areas of Maths that you, the parents, are less confident with. Confidence is a major factor in children's abilities in Maths, and if you are more confident in your abilities, it will help them to feel confident too.
