Take a moment to reflect on the balance of your bodies, identify areas of harmony and take simple steps towards a healthier new you. Give yourself the opportunity to address simple and effective habits that can support your physical and mental wellbeing, while gaining an insight in to what you can practice on an individual basis to develop your own daily practice(s).

Course aim

A taster to introduce potential solutions for individual healthy living based on simple changes to your daily habits... practical and achieveable based on your physical, mental and energetic bodies.

Do I need any particular skills or experience?

  • No skills or experience needed
  • This course is for beginners

By the end of the course I should be able to:

  • Identify an individual area of strength in my current wellbeing
  • Identify an individual area of challenge in my current wellbeing
  • Suggest an simple change that will address the challenge in my current wellbeing

How will I be taught?

  • The WEA tutor will use a range of different teaching and learning methods and encourage you and the group to be actively involved in your learning

What kind of feedback can I expect?

  • You will be encouraged to share your work with the group and discuss your learning

What else do I need to know?

  • All materials will be provided

Pre-course work, reading and information sources

  • No pre reading or pre course work is required

  • Progress to another WEA course

  • You are aged 19 years or older on 1st September 2018
