Mindfulness in the Secret Garden

Ref: C3840867

See the world again through "the eyes of a child". A sense of wonder provides a base of security which can help you deal with life's adversities. This delightful garden will hold out a hand to you and lead you, if you will allow it, to a new understanding of yourself, other people and your purpose in life. On the way you will also discover how everything in the garden has a purpose, working in harmony with other species to create the splendour of life as we know it. Course tutor, Lucy Page, qualified in counselling in 2004 and has been helping people to get in touch with nature for therapeutic purposes since 2006. Be warned that the garden is beside a busy road - but the loving care that has gone into its creation and tending more than makes up for this! The course may be 5 or 6 weeks long. If we have sunny weather at the start we will make the sessions 30 minutes longer and just have 5 sessions. There is more about the course on www.ecotherapy-liverpool.co.uk
