Field Study of Birds

Ref: C3125502

This course will focus on ducks, swans and geese and the lakes and rivers which are their habitat. Through extensive aural and visual resources, students will learn how to recognise different species and begin to identify them by their songs and calls. There will also be an opportunity to take part in a field trip to observe birds in their natural environment and put into practice what you have learned. This course is suitable for beginners as well as those with experience in the field.
